Design Stages

Surveys

Principal Designer Services

Compliance with CDM Regulations 2015 to include:

• Advising clients of the Principal Designer’s legal duties under the CDM Regulations
• Identify the risks associated with carrying out the development
• Assessing if the project is notifiable
• Preparation/collating Pre-design documentation/information for designers
• Carrying out Risk Management
• Preparation and submission of F10s
• Advise on the minimum welfare facilities will be provided on site before works start
• Preparation of pre-construction information for Principal Contractor
• Assisting the Principal Contractor in preparing the construction phase plan
